ALPHACARS HISTORY:

In 1989, Dmitry Bykhovsky, an engineer from Russia, with a race car experience and degree in automotive engineering opened his first foreign car service and repair facility in Littleton, Mass.  After successful growth, he then moved the business to Cambridge, Mass. After several successful years in Cambridge, Dmitry's business, Alpha Engineering, Inc., became known in the greater Boston area for its highly reputable and quality work. Seeking an opportunity to expand, Dmitry moved his business to its current location in Boxborough, Mass. In 1999, Alpha Trading Services, dba Alpha Cars, a foreign car sales company which works in tandem with vehicle service company Alpha Engineering, Inc., dba Alpha Auto Works, was born.

In the tradition of personalized care, Dmitry worked on cars himself while successfully completing numerous training courses. He earned certifications from the ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) Institute in variety of automotive fields, including advanced-level automobile engine performance. Now, having employed a team of foreign car technicians, office and management personnel, Dmitry's team at AlphaCars ensures the highest level of customer satisfaction. - Owner/General Manager

Dmitry has been involved with the automotive business for 25 years. He has a Masters degree in Automotive Engineering and is L1 certified, (Advanced Engine Performance) as well as ASE certified in body & frame repair, paint, and many aspects of automotive maintenance and repair. Dmitry opened has first automotive service repair shop in 1989, and his vision and customer-centric approach is now realized in the new state-of-the-art AlphaCars facilities in Boxborough, MA. While his business is cars, Dmitry's passion is also cars, as in his spare time he enjoys European car rallys and high performance road course racing with various car clubs.

- Olga Bykhovsky
- Business Manager

Olga has an undergraduate degree in Applied Linguistics from Moscow University and Columbia University, an undergraduate degree in Business Communications, and a MBA in Finance and Business Data Analysis from Bentley College McCallum Graduate School of Business. She is responsible for all aspects of office management including - bookkeeping, insurance, finance, and general administration. When not supporting the AlphaCars team, Olga is busy with music, particularly opera music, where she is an accomplished singer who has performed publicly on a number of occasions.
 

- Andrew Belov
- Senior Automotive Technician

Andrew has been vocationally involved with the automotive industry for 16 years, and he has been with AlphaCars for over 10 years. He has extensive experience in all aspects of European car maintenance and repair, as well as experience with bodywork and restoration. Andrew has formal training in VW, BMW, and Mercedes cars. When not working at AlphaCars, Andrew enjoys traveling both internationally and in the U.S.

- Alex Kvitman
- Automotive Technician

Alex has a degree in Electronic Engineering, which he has applied to the automotive industry. Prior to joining AlphaCars just a year ago, Alex had several years experience in repairing all aspects of automobile electronics, as well as general automotive maintenance and repairs. He has formal training and certification in BMW electronics. Alex spends his spare time working on computers and repairing other related electronic devices, he also enjoys table tennis.

I grew up in an automotive family and I have always been around cars. I Graduated from the Shawsheen Valley Vocational Technical High School as student of the year and with a diploma in Automotive Technology. Currently I am attending Massbay Community College working for my Associate in Science Degree for Automotive Service Technology with concentration in BMW. On my own time I like to hit the gym, I also love a good movie. You can usually find me working on some kind of project out side of work. I also love to listen to music and drawing.

Tony has a degree in economics from the Dublin Institute of Technology. With over 20 years of extensive experience in the service of European automobiles, he sharpened his abilities at various European Manufacturers training courses. Interests outside of work include F1 racing, economics, politics, travel, music and good food.
