I was in the market for a new toy and found it here. No pressure sales. Good prices. Excellent inventory. The car was better in person and exceeded my expectations. Flawless inside and out. When i am ready to upgrade...i will be going to Alpha first.

I haven't bought a car from Alpha Cars but I want to talk about their excellent repairs service. I own a 1998 Mercedes Benz. I discovered Alpha Cars because I recently started working in Boxborough and it was convenient. I brought my car for some ordinary maintenance but also because I had some extr...a issues that needed some attention. It took some time but now the car runs like new and here are all the positive things I can say about these guys:
- one of their technicians has several years of experience with Mercedes and the evidence is that when he inspected the car he was able to identify the issues immediately and explain exactly what it needed to be done
- the repair cost estimation was detailed and accurate, no surprises with the final bill
- we had an issue with some parts that are no longer available from Mercedes and they were very committed in finding the corresponding after market parts that could guarantee a reasonable quality level
- they always explained in details the issues and the risks in doing or not doing a specific work on the car, driving me through the decisions to be made, without pushing
- they always followed-up to be sure that I was satisfied with the work

So, I'm definitely recommending Alpha Cars for their technical expertise and professionalism, especially with old cars. Show more

Recently just purchased a 2019 Royal Enfield Himalayan from alpha cars and I couldn’t be happier about it. They have a great staff that’s very attentive! I Will definitely continue my business with them.

I've never bought a car from AlphaCars, but I have had body work done on two cars, a 2005 Subaru Legacy GT and a 2009 Nissan Pathfinder. Both jobs involved matching metallic paint and paintless dent removal (PDR).

The work done on both cars was absolutely perfect. The results could not have b...een better. Both times the cars were disassembled - not just masked off. This means the work takes a while and is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. This is not a Maaco-type job.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS: I recently had them work on my 1971 VW. The brake system probably hadn't been bled in 44 years. The bleeders were frozen solid. It was winter and I didn't feel like dealing with it. I took it to AlphaCars and they took the time to soak the bleeders over a weekend, free them up, bleed the system, and adjust the brakes. Everything was sufficiently made free and loose, and I can now easily adjust the brakes on my own. I paid a premium, but I got a premium result. I work on my own cars 99% of the time, but for tough (and annoying) jobs like this, I rely on AlphaCars. Show more

Mr. Doc Santos went over and above taking good care of me. He took lots of time to allow me to understand the beautiful car I purchased from Alphacars. He gave me door to door service. I call him a true gentleman and in a way my new friend!!

I recently purchased a car from Alpha Cars in Boxborough and it was the best car purchasing experience I've ever had! In fact, we truly will never go anywhere else in the future. Dmitry, Olga and the rest of the staff are extremely nice, helpful and knowledgable. It is a 100% stress free exper...ience. Dmitry knows every little detail about the cars he has listed for sale and he will only sell the highest quality cars. Having a 5 minute conversation with him shows how passionate and detailed he is about his cars. We had a unique situation where we bought a bmw from a used car dealership in Acton and it turned out to have major engine problems. Dmitry and Olga went out of their way to work with us and help us get out of the situation we were in. We just got a high quality (all Alpha Cars are) 2011 bmw 328i and we couldn't be happier and grateful for going through Alpha cars. We HIGHLY recommend Alpha Cars for a stress free, no pressure, quality car purchasing experience. I'd recommend taking a look at their current inventory and if there's something else in mind trust that Dmitry and his staff will find the highest quality car for you.. They did for us. Show more
