Automobiles/Motorcycles are a huge passion of mine, and I go through 5+ vehicles a year. Finding a reputable dealer that you can trust, and delivers on promises is harder than it sounds. My family is big on spending money locally, and we tried giving our local Ural dealer our business. We couldn't g...et them to return our calls, so we started researching where else to shop. So many glowing positive reports for Ural of New England were scattered all over the web. I was skeptical, how could there be such a place?! Intial contact was made over the phone, and Dmitry (Owner-How rare is that?) took the call. He went over every single question I had, and asked some of his own to determine what would suite my needs. From this point forward, I knew this was the right place to purchase from. The unit I was initally interested in, ended up selling quickly and they didn't have what I wanted in stock. With the 2017 models coming out in a few months, ordering another 2016 wouldn't be an option at this point. So it was either wait a few months for the 2017s, or purchase something I didn't want. Dmitry went way out of his way, and found an unused demo unit Ural had as a display bike. We put together an unbeatable deal, and he sent his crew to pick the bike up out of state, then to bring it back to his dealer to go over it, and install the accessories I wanted. Shortly after it was on it's way to my family. The communication throughout the whole process was beyond seamless. Dmitry and his staff were either an email or phone call away, and promptly respond. Customer service here is honestly the best in the business. If you're even remotely considering a purchase here, reach out and give them a shot. You will not be disappointed! Who would have thought that buying a car could be so easy and so much fun? Recently my husband and I bought a 2018 Subaru from Alpha Cars in Acton. From the moment I walked up to this unique dealership from the rail trail, my whole jaded experience with car buying was turned upside down. No hard s...ell, no haggling, just delightful people trying to help you find just the right car, at the right price. (Even in this crazy market) Outstanding service, quick efficient contacts for scheduling, pricing, trade-in, nothing hidden, no surprises...except the ease of it all. It was a little difficult getting my husband away from the gold Chevy convertible from the 60's with the gold leather seats, or me from the Royal Enfield motorcycles...but we settled on the Subaru. And, they have a large service department in their Boxborough location, so you can look forward to the same outstanding service and attention to detail through the life of your car. If you need to buy or sell car, or if you just love cars and bikes...its worth a trip to Alpha Cars ...you never know what you might find. Show more

Alpha cars is unique dealership. I thank Darrell Faulkenberry for helping me in my quest to but a Royal Enfield 650 Interceptor. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. No pressure tactics. Provided all the information I needed to help with my decision making process. Fair pricing and provided... a fair trade in value. All the paperwork was done correctly and a lot of it electronically. Really great service. I picked up my Royal Enfield Classic and they took care of everything including registration, inspection etc. Being a first time motorcycle buyer, the Sales team went an extra mile to walk me through the process. They know their stuff! Highly recommend

Just completed my first Alpha Cars Boxborough, MA visit for a post winter, comprehensive 2009 Mercedes E-350 check. Service provided has exceeded all my expectations. All maintenance and repair needs were explained to me, confirmed, and addressed in no time. Very professional and customer friendly... personal. Loved their convenient shuttle service also. Was given a wonderful Show Room tour. Definitely stay with Alpha Cars for my car maintenance and service needs, and would recommend them to my friends. Show more

My family has bought at least 7 used cars from alphacars. But that hasn't made a difference, even the first time we went there was no BS or excessive tries to upsell (even though they are mostly a high end facility) and we are always treated with respect and questions answered promptly. I have now purchased 3 vehicles from AlphaCars. Their manufacturers are based in 3 different countries ... USA, Japan, Germany. They all were superbly prepped for sale and detailed so well that it was hard to believe they were pre-owned vehicles. Mechanically they have performed perfectly since day... one. Each is so different in its type (Corvette C5 , Titan CrCb and an E350 sedan) and each was delivered in the same high standard of absolute perfect condition. The buying process was smooth and seamless thanks to Marian's paper shuffling professionalism and to Dmitry's and Fernando's extensive vehicle knowledge. I recommended Dmitry to a dear friend and she is now enjoying her mint E350 Wagon purchased from AlphaCars of course. She too shares the same feelings that I have about AlphaCars, Dmitry and his staff. Great cars, great customer service ... It is definitely worth making the 100 mile trip from Cape Cod to Boxborough. AlphaCaars & Motorcycles is a first class firm. I visited the dealership looking for a used Ural with sidecar. Met with Darrell Faulkenberry of the sales team and found him to be very professional, knowledgeable, and anxious to please. He showed me the bike I eventually purchased and gave me a co...mplete rundown on how to operate and enjoy the Ural. The entire team a Alpha was responsive and helpful. Darrell went out of his way to make sure the bike was fully prepared for delivery and had it ready on the date promised. This is a firm every car or motorcycle buyer should use! Show more
