I would highly recommend this dealer! Ordered a new Ural bike for my dad who lives in MS. Very knowledgeable, professional, provides the best level of service when I have questions, and on top of that offers the best pricing. Every experience that I have had with Ural of New England has been friendly, warm and welcoming. I purchased a new 2015 Ural Gear up from Dimitry, Olga did all the paper work and Thiago has been there every time I have needed help,with service and advise. They all go the extra mile. Recently purchased a motorcycle from here Darrell was the salesperson and he was stellar from beginning to end and made the buying process smooth as eggs. Marian was great with the financing and it was super easy. And John is good with the parts. 5 stars for sure

Ural of New England is amazing, I have never experienced the level of commitment to customer service I received here at any other time in my life. Working with service manager Thiago Dos Santos was a flawless experience from the moment I dropped my Patrol off, to the day I picked it up, Thiago alway...s kept in touch, letting me know how things were going. We communicated mostly by email, and I was always impressed by his rapid response. From the the staff, to the showrooms, this dealership is a class act, the fact that people from all over the country would choose to purchase their Ural here, and have it shipped to them, speaks volumes about the reputation Ural of N.E. has, and the trust they have earned. Having one of the best dealerships in the country just an hour away makes my Ural ownership just that much better. Show more

Ural of New England is really THE BEST! For those of us that have a Ural, we don't have a lot of options for local service and we could just get what we get but that isn't what Thiago and his staff give you! They give way more than 100%! They go above and beyond to answer all of your questions and p...rovide impeccable service. They are professional and they want you to be pleased with what they do. They actually go out of their way for you! I would highly recommend Thiago and his coworkers for all your Ural needs! Only get five stars because that is all I'm allowed to give! Show more

This is a dealership with class. Dimitri is a guy you can trust. Thiago, Darryl, Olga and Marian are nice and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend this dealership. The cars they sell are in excellent cosmetic and mechanical condition. Personalized service and they care about you and your... car. Excellent customer service and no high pressure sales. Show more

I drove through 3 states and an hour and a half ferry ride to pick up my new 21 Enfield Interceptor. Price was $2000. lower than a local dealer’s USED Intercept or! Service was professional, thorough, quick, and friendly. Staff loaded bike on my trailer, refused tip and went over every detail wi...th me and my wife. Documents were neatly provided for my state of NY. Price was exactly as agreed by prior phone calls. Easy registration back home. Only glitch was missing owner’s manual. Handshake promise to send a copy was honored without any reminders. I may never buy another bike again (senior citizen) but I will surely recommend Alpha to all friends and family. Show more
