This 1971 T25SS is a rare find. With authentic British styling, this bike wins the hearts of everyone it meets. Better than a barn find, this bike has been regularly ridden and shows an age-appropriate, honestly earned patina that adds an extra element of charm. It has been freshly serviced and ready to ride, including a new battery, carburetor service, new shift lever, and freshly adjusted brakes. The paint is excellent! The older rear tire passes inspection, and the newer front tire is in good shape. The Triumph has been tastefully updated with cafe bars, custom, headlight bracket, single mirror, and fantastic sounding exhaust. Whether you want to ride as is or restore, this Triumph is a time machine that will satisfy.
AUTHENTIC
The TR25 family was mainly known for the T25T "Trail" motorcycles. Powered by a 250cc single-cylinder engine with high mount exhaust, the T25's were light, easy to start, good handling, and reliable. The SS took this proven platform to the tarmac. The SS "Street Scrambler" edition, with road tires, alloy fuel tank, hugger-style front fender, and modified front brake. This bike was mainly intended and sold in the UK market, making this one an even rarer find.
