Experience color-coded- silver deep pile carpets, pillow-top leather seats, two-tone paint, vinyl Landau roof, opera lights, pillow smooth ride, a V-8 in front and rear-wheel drive. One of approximately 300 with fully functional factory moonroof! A rare find in any condition, let alone with less than 45k miles. We've invested nearly $7k in improvements to ensure this Chrysler is ready to transport you, not only to your destination but another time!
HISTORY
Essentially a 1-Owner vehicle, this Chrysler was kept for 33 years and driven sparingly. It was purchased from their estate by another party, who had planned to lend it to a friend from Florida when they would visit. This could not happen because of 2020 travel restrictions, and the owner reluctantly sold it to AlphaCars, when we began reconditioning this special car.
CONDITION
This Fifth Avenue boasts impressive originality and patina that only comes from more than three decades of regular care. Vehicle paint and panels are original, matching both in texture and our paint meter tool readings. Panel gaps are factory correct throughout. All trim, including the grille, hood ornament, moldings, mirrors, window wind guards, and badging is factory original. All backing hardware is factory original and has never been touched with a wrench. The landau roof is fantastic! Tight, uniform vinyl with matching stitching is free of any damage. The landau roof molding is factory original and fits snug around the top. The Chrome bumpers are impressive, both straight and clean with good rubber. The Energy absorbers are still tight, never having been moved, meaning the bumpers have never been bumped or tapped. All glass and lenses are clear and without cracks. There are some minor paint & trim blemishes, detailed in our overview video.
The interior is a delight! Door cards are tight, with all electronic controls and door pulls fitting tightly. The pillow-top leather seats are in a near-new condition - there are no rips, tears, or stains anywhere in the interior. The dash pad and interior trim are all intact with no cracks. All gauges work, and the metal finish of the gauges, radio, and controls are clean and uniform in appearance. The thick, deep knap silver carpets are free of any stains and have a plush feel throughout. Color-keyed Floormats are present. The rare factory sunroof is fully functional. We have further improved the interior with new, period-correct fabric for the headliner and surrounding panels.
We have completely returned this Chrysler to exceptional mechanical condition. New ignition system components and a full tune have the 318cu-in V8 running perfectly. New tires and new, properly adjusted brakes at all four corners. All systems have been checked, and all are fully functional in excellent order.

DRIVING EXPERIENCE
It begins with striking good looks and opening the door to the gorgeous interior. The pillow-top leather seats are both plush and supportive, even in a feel with no surprises. The Fifth Avenue starts immediately and settles into a smooth, quiet idle. It shifts effortlessly into gear with no noises or clunks. The engine responds to the accelerator immediately, with no hesitation. Power builds smoothly, with no lag, and the transmission shifts are butter smooth. Also smooth is the suspension, which soaks up bumps with ease; a pillow top ride to match the seats. There are no unwelcome noises from the suspension. The entire vehicle is impressively quiet, with a little engine or road noise. Steering through the thin wheel is precise and responsive, with no hesitation. The turning circle is impressively tight for a vehicle of this size, and turning lock to lock reveals no clunks or unwelcome sounds. Visibility is excellent, giving a clear view over the long hood to the fender peaks and hood ornament, pointing the way down the road.
