WHY THIS VEHICLE?

This classic BMW has had the privilege of being owned and improved by an engineer throughout the majority of its life. His technical expertise and meticulous nature have left an indelible mark on this bike, making it stand out among the rest. Recently, this cherished BMW found a new home when it was purchased from the engineer by the most recent owner - our long-time customer and a Ural Sidecar Enthusiast. After enjoying this BMW for about 1,000 miles, he decided to go back to Sidecar Riding and reluctantly traded the R100RT for a brand new Ural Gear Up at AlphaCars.

One more remarkable feature that sets this bike apart is the addition of an auxiliary fuel tank, ensuring that you can embark on long journeys without worrying about frequent fuel stops. With the auxiliary tank seamlessly integrated into the design, you can experience extended rides with ease and convenience.

In addition to the practicality of the auxiliary fuel tank, this BMW retains its factory-original paint, which adds a touch of authenticity and uniqueness. The bike's original paintwork reflects the true essence of its time, showcasing the timeless elegance and character that makes vintage BMW motorcycles so captivating. Owning a bike with factory-original paint not only preserves its historical significance but also adds to its collector's value.

This combination of an auxiliary fuel tank and factory-original paint makes this BMW even more exceptional. Not only can you enjoy extended rides without interruption, but you can also revel in the bike's authentic and untouched appearance, appreciating the artistry of its original design.
The engineer-owner's commitment to excellence is evident in the numerous upgrades and enhancements made to this BMW. Every aspect of the motorcycle has been meticulously maintained and improved, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Be sure to watch our detailed video.

Now, after its time with the most recent owner, who recognized the value of this remarkable motorcycle, it is ready for a new chapter with its next rider. If you're seeking a classic BMW that has been meticulously cared for by an engineer throughout the majority of its life, look no further. This bike, with its storied history and exceptional enhancements, is poised to provide you with an unforgettable riding experience.
Whether you're a passionate rider seeking adventure or a collector yearning for a meticulously maintained and visually stunning classic BMW, this bike checks all the boxes.
