Just one owner since new, no accidents, and regular maintenance across its gentle, mostly highway acquired miles. Very good tires and recent service including oil change and new brake pads less than 100 miles ago! This Goldwing is in stellar mechanical condition, with no known issues, and all electronics work exactly as they did when this tourer left the factory. Cosmetics are very good, with minimal imperfections in the Pearl Hot Rod Yellow paint. All buttons and switchgear are in excellent condition, as are the seats. Additional wind deflectors are highly effective at keeping you comfortable. The blue graphics fly the Swedish flag and are easily removed if you wish to go pure yellow.

This Goldwing starts immediately, with no leaks or unwelcome noises. It accelerates with authority and shifts positively. Gobs of torque are available at any rpm. This Goldwing handles amazingly, behaving like a bike almost half its size when it's time to dance. On long hauls, the Goldwing is comfortable and serene. Available separately is a Champion Colorado Sport trailer, to help on those longer journeys!

THE GOLD STANDARD
The 5th generation Honda Goldwing debuted in 2001 as the GL1800. Long a class leader, the Goldwing further cemented its reputation as the class-leading touring motorcycle. The namesake of the GL 1800 was its all-new, 1832cc flat-six cylinder engine, producing 117hp and 123lb-ft of torque. A timing chain made belt replacements a thing of the past and conservative two-valves per cylinder stretched valve adjustment intervals to 32K miles. A lighter aluminum frame provided more strength while using fewer pieces. Shaft drive and a 5-speed transmission put power to the road. Class-leading comfort and options continued to keep the Goldwing at the top of its game. Even 20 years later, the Goldwing impresses with its sophistication and performance.
