The Gear Up is the most equipped Ural model. In addition to the famous 2WD system, reverse gear, parking brake, and hydraulic steering damper, the Gear Up includes a long list of on- and off-road specific features:

It comes in a durable Taiga Liquid Coated finish with desirable black powder coated drivetrain, which includes the engine, transmission, and final drive. This feature is the only reliable protection of otherwise exposed aluminum surfaces from moisture, snow, salt and mud.

When it comes to protection from the elements, it gets even better on this Gear Up. The underbody surfaces are wrapped in factory-applied rubberized undercoating. This durable finish is applied to the under-side of the sidecar body, and all three fenders of the motorcycle.

In addition, installed is a partial rear-seating package that includes rear handlebars and rear foot pegs. Optional rear seat or a cushion for existing rear fender rack can easily be installed for additional seating.
