This buggy was purchased from AlphaCars recently and was only used locally on the previous owner's property for a couple of miles before being traded back to AlphaCars. Due to local regulations prohibiting this type of vehicle from being operated on public roads, the previous owner was unable to fully utilize its capabilities.
