My wife and I purchased an ML350 earlier this fall from AlphaCars. Their customer service from all members of their team the moment we walked into the showroom to the moment we drove off in our new car was unparalleled. We would definitely purchase another car from AlphaCars.

I was in the market for a new toy and found it here. No pressure sales. Good prices. Excellent inventory. The car was better in person and exceeded my expectations. Flawless inside and out. When i am ready to upgrade...i will be going to Alpha first.

I traded in my R32 for a BMW328ix luxury wagon. The whole experience from the beginning to the end was mannificent. Dmitry (owner) and all the staff (Olga, Marian and Darrell) were delightful. It didn't feel like a vehicle transaction at all, that's because the whole process was seemless. They are v...ery courteous and professional. When the time comes to trade in my wagon, the first place I'll look to do that, will be Alpha Cars. Period. Show more

An absolute great experience! I had been looking at Ural for a few years and had always followed them on social media. I started the conversation with Ural of New England over the phone (I live in NJ) and even though there are dealers in my area, I wasn't as comfortable with them as I was with the... folks up in New England. Since a sidecar is so different than a regular motorcycle, I had a ton of questions and they explained everything for me. I made a trip up to visit them in person, and Darrell took the time to go through the bike top to bottom and did so again when I came back up to purchase the bike. They are absolutely worth the trip. Me and my dog Pitufo are going to have a lot of adventures! Thanks guys!! Show more

This is my second time at Alpha, these people are spectacular at what they do . Everyone has their act together , from fair pricing through competent service that will actually interact with you and try to resolve any need ( in my case service documentation) . Exact opposite of situation at Chrysler... dealer where I was told no problem only to find out service documentation in printed form does not exist . Show more

Exceptionally competent smart people . Proven ability to service prior car sl600 Mercedes , after repetitive failures at Mercedes dealer . Wanted 4wd convert , this Murano is like a new car . And it was 2 k less than another I had been watching
