Great folks to work with! Truly a family feel to the place and impressive inventory of Royal Enfield motorcycles, Ural sidecar rigs and interesting vintage European cars. The little RE Classic 350 that I got is a show stopper and great fun on back roads. This is my first bike from these folks but... I don't think it will be my last! Show more

Just received my beautiful 2017 Alpina B6! The AlphaCars team, especially Anthony were awesome! It is hard to find people you can trust. It is even harder with distance between like New Hampshire and Georgia. However, after this experience back and forth for almost three weeks, I felt like I was amo...ng good friends. I would recommend AlphaCars to anyone in the United States or abroad looking to buy quality vehicles with exceptional service! Thanks Anthony and AlphaCars! This experience has been grand. Show more

I have been searching for a repair facility for my BMWs that that offered great customer service, quality repairs, sound advice, and treated me fairly. I have found that place. My 2003 M3 needed both some mechanical and cosmetic work and the team at Alpha really helped me out. Timely, good communica...tion and explained everything. I am so pleased. What an awesome spot! Dmitry and the team are outstanding in every way. Purchased a Royal Enfield motorcycle from them and process could not have been easier. Love the bike and will hopefully someday move up to a Ural from here!

Where are the 10 stars? Service manager Blake Veinotte quickly responded to a service request related to our Sprinter RV which was intermittently going into limp mode due to a failed ABS sensor. As fulltime RVers visiting this area (Wells, ME) for only 3 weeks obtaining service was frustrating. We w...ere told by Mercedes Benz of Scarborough that they could not get us in until October! Not only did Blake answer my voice mail promptly but provided diagnostics and service within 2 days. Excellent Service. "Expect to be Impressed." Show more

I had a seamless experience buying a 2023 Royal Enfield INT 650 at Alphacars, Boxborough... Daniel & Dmitry helped me test ride multiple RE bikes.. Never pressured me to buy anything, they are true motorcycle/car enthusiast that love interacting with people. Marian/Heather (office) worked with me th...rough paperwork & John from Service department helped me get complete RE special benefit and installed all the accessories. I would highly recommend Alphacars if your looking to buy a motorcycle or unique/classic cars. There Boxoborough location is more like a car enthusiast dream!! Do visit them. I just bought my first bike here today. The process was fast and easy. No pressure and very smooth process. Highly recommend this dealer! The guys were so nice. I bought my Royal Enfield Classic from them. There are so friendly, kind and very helpful. I highly recommend AlphaCars & Motorcycles to other. Heather made paperwork so easy and let my puppies sit in her office while I wait. Dmitry is nice guy to hangout and he showed us the history of Royal Enfiel...d. I bought my first motorcycle from AlphaCars last month, and from the beginning, the experience was incredible. Dmitry and Grisha showed me the bike, answered my questions, and were just fun to be around. Heather worked with me closely to get financing and she looked out for me when she came across a... better deal for me. And then my bike delivery was smooth and quick, Marian and Mike spending time with me to go over paperwork and suggestions for how to take my bike out of the garage (I'm at a bit of an incline and me being a new rider, Mike gave me great pointers). Every interaction with the employees of AlphaCars was truly a joy. I highly, HIGHLY recommend them if you are looking for a bike, particularly a Royal Enfield (there's a great selection). Show more
