Having interacted with a variety of luxury automobile dealerships over the past 25 years, I can say without hesitation that AlphaCars is by far the best I have found. Management’s extensive knowledge, attention to detail, and unmistakable pride and passion place them in a class by themselves.Since... discovering them by chance through a newspaper advertisement five years ago, we have purchased, and have had serviced, all of our family and business vehicles (4 so far!). I've been drivng for 25 years - a BMW for the last 7. All my three BMWs have been purchased from AlphaCars and I couldn't be happier. I appreciate that they offer a broad choice of vehicles and that the selection keeps changing frequently. Dmitry will also look for specific cars if you tell him what... you want. Show more

AlphaCars? What can I say...just about the best overall automotive experience of my life. Having owned numerous high-end European vehicles my experience with dealers and repair facilities has run the gamut. New to the Boxborough area I was seeking a service facility for my Saab 9000 and was immediat...ely impressed with how much Dmitry knew about my car, despite the fact that AlphaCars does not handle them. After noticing some very attractive cars for sale, I purchased my first Mercedes and was again very impressed with the entire process, from their technical knowledge through completion of the transaction. So much so, that I purchased a second vehicle three months later. Post sales customer support is where many organizations fail, but again, AlphaCars exceeds expectations. Their service organization offers technical competence and efficiency at a competitive price. In the final analysis, I think their well-earned company motto says it best. “Expect to be Impressed! A few years ago I wanted to sell and replace an '89 560 SL, so I stopped in at AlphaCars and talked with Dmitry. I was looking for and found expert knowledge, many contacts in the industry, and a selection of high quality, low mileage, superb condition vehicles. Additionally, I was also looking for ...a willingness to find and service that special vehicle if it was not already available at that time. Dmitry, Olga and their staff at AlphaCars nicely filled these needs. After that, I became a repeat satisfied customer purchasing a BMW and a couple of Mercedes-Benz. The AlphaCars experience is unique and without question I recommend a visit to AlphaCars to talk with Dmitry and his team and checkout some fine automobiles...also, be sure to add the AlphaCars Website to your 'favorites' and visit it frequently to look for your special vehicle! When my motorcycle arrived to Chicago IL I was very surprised that it looked better then on the pictures, also I would like to thank Dmitry Bykhovsky for taking the time to make a webcam video of my motorcycle. In August of 2010, after doing a web search for many months, I bought a 2005 BMW X-5 from AlphaCars. Dmitry Bykhovsky is the General Manager of AlphaCars and was simply great to deal with as he went out of his way to research and give factual answers to my questions. He has a great attitude and is v...ery knowledgeable - his followup is the best! And Dmitry has a great team in Olga, Julia & Thiago, the Service Manager. They went out of their way to make me feel as I was their only customer - a great team makes a great company! AlphaCars only buys top quality cars & they inspect all cars they purchase and if they find any hidden problems, they send them back. I saw a Lexus RX at AlphaCars that my wife might be interested in and Dmitry said he wouldn't sell that RX because his incoming inspection found that it had been involved in an undocumented accident - and Dmitry sent it back! How's that for quality control? AlphaCars is a top quality dealership and I recommend them for for all web shoppers and walk in customers. Show more

From the very first moment I saw my 2002 BMW 540i Sport I knew this was the car I'd been waiting to buy from Dmitry. I am extremely pleased with my decision to purchase the car from AlphaCars. I have always found my past buying experiences at other dealerships very stressful. This time however, the ...experience was surprisingly enjoyable! The negotiations went well for both Dmitry and me. I feel it was a win-win outcome for us both. Not only was he helpful with my purchase, but also very helpful in selling my old BMW. I have had the car for over a month now and actually enjoy my daily commute to Boston. The service I received after the purchase went above and beyond what was required. The team there excellent! I've been after a Ural since the late 90's and they helped me through everything to finally make that happen! I have always enjoyed looking at AlphaCars website to see what new and interesting cars they have in inventory. The other day a 5 Series BMW caught my eye, so I stopped in to "just take a quick look". The moment I walked through the door I knew I was in a special place where they appreciated good ca...rs as much as I did. The show rooms are tastefully decorated with automotive memorabilia and you feel like you have crossed the pond and are in Europe. After a while I met Fernando and Olga. We started talking cars, not just specifications of the cars but talking about cars. There is a real passion for what they do. They not only know about the cars they are selling but are part of the car community and culture. After a very pleasant discussion I decided to buy the BMW. The process was smooth and easy. They did all of the running to the registry, got the car inspected and delivered the 2013 BMW looking like it just came out of the factory. AlphaCars is a real find. I will be going back there again and again. Show more
