Recently bought a 350 Classic - absolutely perfect experience. First time bike buyer - shopped around and this place is far and above a better experience. Great facility - lots of stock. Doesn't feel like a "dealer" - go check them out! Some super rare toys in their showroom. Dmitry, Heather and their team were a pleasure to work with. They put everything together in an efficient, organized fashion and made the out-of-state buying process an absolute breeze! Dmitry took the time to answer all of my (many) questions over the phone, and after a few e-signatures back and ...forth via email, they even overnighted the title to allow time for a trip to my local DMV for tags before delivery. The car performed flawlessly on the trip home and has every day since then, it's in beautiful condition. I was an auto technician for many years (Lincoln, Mercury, Olds and Isuzu) and New & Used Delivery Foreman at a Lexus Dealer in my past work life, and never, ever in a million years would I have imagined I’d be buying a car sight unseen, but this car was just that clean! Ian’s walkaround YouT**e video of the car intrigued me, it was extremely informative and transparent (I watched it probably 10 times) – best thing you could hope for shy of being there with the car, one of the most detailed videos I’ve seen! I personally appreciate their attention to detail not only with the reconditioning and inspection processes, but with their standards for acquisition in general. Anyone who is in the market for a clean 5 to 10 year old BMW knows, at this point most of these cars are pretty rough to put it nicely – lots and lots of junk out there. A 2014 3-series wagon with such low miles (56k) and in this condition was truly a needle in a haystack – I’m glad I found them. They have a most beautiful shop, indoor delivery area, awesome facility....it’s a reflection of how Dmitry does everything from A to Z. I brought my modified 2022 Bronco to Alpha Cars for an alignment, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was excellent at communicating throughout the process and worked closely with me to ensure the alignment was perfectly dialed in despite the numerous modifications to the suspe...nsion. Most other shops would have either turned me away or struggled to handle the complexity, but Alpha Cars exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend them for anyone with a custom or modified vehicle! I highly recommend buying parts from AlphaCars / Ural NE. Griffin, , the motorcycle parts specialist, was extremely helpful in answering questions about parts and accessories. Because of him highly recommend ordering from Ural NE (aka AlphaCars).

My dealings with Alpha Cars go back to 2012 when I bought a Ural Retro with a sidecar. It was terrific. My wife would sit in the somewhat luxurious sidecar wrapped in an electric blanket while we toured every road that we could find. We eventually focused more on our luxury cars and Dmitry and hi...s staff were there to help. In December 2023, I bought my dream car from Alpha Cars; a Guards Red Porsche Boxster 981 – the last of the great 6-cylinder mid-engine sports cars. I only let Dmitry, and his staff perform the service and maintenance on my vehicle. Their service professionals are top notch, always. Last week, it was time to upgrade my wife’s SUV. Dmitry had just the vehicle to fit the bill; a gorgeous, fully loaded Porsche Macan. I decided to give it to my wife as an early Christmas gift. I did all the transaction paperwork while my wife was away visiting family. When the day came to pick her up at the airport, I was prepared. I bought a Santa suit. I drove to the airport wearing it. I saw her waiting for me at the arrivals area. She didn’t give me much of a look as I drove up, although she later said that she spied the car and thought, “Wow, nice car!” I stopped the Macan just past her and got out of the car. I walked past her and then approached her from behind. We spoke for FIVE OR SIX MINUTES AND SHE HAD NO CLUE THAT IT WAS ME including after me telling her that the car was hers and Merry Christmas! I said, “Let’s look inside.” I opened the hatch and there were her items that had previously been in her other car. Instead of recognizing the items as hers, she reasoned that this is not someone giving me a new car, this is someone else’s car. She said, “I’m just waiting for my husband. He’ll be here any minute.” She was thinking that she was about to be abducted, but content that I would be there any second because I had called and told her I was a minute away. She had no clue it was me until I took off the glasses and pulled down the Santa beard. She squealed in delight. Now, after a few days of ownership and somewhat to my surprise, she is already talking like me as a Porsche enthusiast, thinking about what accessories she should buy and choosing to not store anything in the Macan, but rather in our guest room instead. She LOVES her Porsche! Thanks to Dmitry and Alpha Cars for making this special! Show more

EDITING MY REVIEW: Changing rating to 4 stars. Alpha cars reached out to me and provided some additional context, as well as information. The below still stands, I'm still not the happiest about the circumstances, but there's nothing I can do about it at this point. Edit is listed at the bottom of ...this review. I bought a Mercedes from Alpha Cars a few years ago. Alpha Cars misrepresented the vehicle I purchased as having all OEM paint and not having any paint work done. I noticed a bit of overspray on the rear diffuser, on the edge of one tail light, and a bit on the side of the bumper. The salesman, Rudolfo, was awesome, incredibly patient, and an all-around great guy. I have no gripes with the transaction process at least. To be fair, it's a decently done paintjob, matches in the sunlight, and seems fairly evenly applied except for one area towards the bottom. I am disappointed that the car was advertised as not having been repainted and having OEM paint on all panels, because that just isn't true. I'm unsure if Alpha Cars knew about this when listing the vehicle. Though, I would've expected that with the number of vehicles that they sell, at a premium, they would've been aware of this. EDIT: Alpha Cars did not test the bumper paint, that's not in their standard list of places to test paint thickness. They did however, advertise that the car "wears all original paint" which implies that it hasn't had any paintwork. Dmitri from Alpha Cars reached out to me, which I appreciated, and provided me with an inspection report, amongst a few other things. The report missed a few issues with the car, namely the seat massage/bolster motor being inoperable due to a failed compressor motor. There was also some minor scrapes to the underbody that were not accounted for, as the underbody of the car was given a score higher than it should've gotten with a minor amount of underbody scratching. All in all, I can't expect a vehicle dealer to catch everything, I appreciate that AlphaCars at least tries, unlike so many other car dealers out there. They do deserve recognition in that aspect. I only bring my cars to Alpha cars. I trust them to keep me and my family safe. If I am looking for a new car they dont have, they are who we have do a pre sale inspection. They are honest and don't sell you services you don't need.
