They are the prime example of what dealers should be like. They don't hassle, they don't pressure you on the spot. You're welcome to look in their showrooms and give you space and time to explore. I was looking to buy a Royal Enfield from these guys and I was given a fantastic tour and various optio...ns. They even offered to take me to the backroom for an exclusive deal that was too good to pass up; so I bought it: a decked-out Himalayan for a super reasonable price. Bought it on the spot. Bought a Royal Enfield motorcycle. Good service. Nice place. Paid cash and got $1000 off. Not too bad. Hopefully they get the bike uncrated and set up in a few days.

Service department is very professional and trustworthy. However be mindful about the price. I got charged almost 50% more on the final invoice than the original quote for the exact work. Quoted for ~$250 to cover everything including labor and parts. Walked out with an invoice for $240 labor alone ...plus everything else as additional. Responded to the original email with written quote for clarification. No response from the SA or the owner. Show more

This was the first car and bikes dealership I have seen. Stopped in for the Royal Enfield Demo event last Saturday and stopped in again today to have a second look. Royal Enfield has some interesting bikes and are.stepping up their game year by year.

This is a very inviting dealership. If they had a pub, I'd probably be a regular! Go check them out and walk around. It's a great way to kill a couple of hours even if you don't want a bike or car. I was treated very kindly here and the majority of the sale of my INT650 went through email and a coup...le of phone calls. Really great experience. Show more

We LOVE AlphaCars. We purchased our first car from Dmitry and his team about 5 years ago and serviced it there despite a long drive from our house because the service and quality is so terrific. I didn't hesitate to ask Dmitry to look for a very specific automobile for me a few years later and the... team found a car in California. The whole process of purchasing, delivering and servicing was flawless and I was zipping around in my new (well, gently used) car no time. I am tempted to say that they have a certain 'je ne sais quoi' about their attention to detail. However, 'je sais exactement ce qu'ils ont' - a true love of motorsports! Show more

This was seriously the best car purchase experience I’ve ever had! Between pictures, video’s & thorough communication with the whole staff, I was confident to purchase my Porsche Panamera 4S without actually seeing it! Kudos to Dmitry and his staff.

If you’re going to buy a Ural or Royal Enfield, or have it serviced in New England, this is the place to go. Recently bought a 350 Classic - absolutely perfect experience. First time bike buyer - shopped around and this place is far and above a better experience. Great facility - lots of stock. Doesn't feel like a "dealer" - go check them out! Some super rare toys in their showroom.
