Just completed my first Alpha Cars Boxborough, MA visit for a post winter, comprehensive 2009 Mercedes E-350 check. Service provided has exceeded all my expectations. All maintenance and repair needs were explained to me, confirmed, and addressed in no time. Very professional and customer friendly... personal. Loved their convenient shuttle service also. Was given a wonderful Show Room tour. Definitely stay with Alpha Cars for my car maintenance and service needs, and would recommend them to my friends. Show more

I have now purchased 3 vehicles from AlphaCars. Their manufacturers are based in 3 different countries ... USA, Japan, Germany. They all were superbly prepped for sale and detailed so well that it was hard to believe they were pre-owned vehicles. Mechanically they have performed perfectly since day... one. Each is so different in its type (Corvette C5 , Titan CrCb and an E350 sedan) and each was delivered in the same high standard of absolute perfect condition. The buying process was smooth and seamless thanks to Marian's paper shuffling professionalism and to Dmitry's and Fernando's extensive vehicle knowledge. I recommended Dmitry to a dear friend and she is now enjoying her mint E350 Wagon purchased from AlphaCars of course. She too shares the same feelings that I have about AlphaCars, Dmitry and his staff. Great cars, great customer service ... It is definitely worth making the 100 mile trip from Cape Cod to Boxborough. We recently purchased a 2018 Ural Gear-Up from Ural of New England. The whole sales experience was fun! Darrell Faulkenberry was a delight to work with and we enjoyed chatting a bit with Dmitry, the owner. They are very knowledgeable and helped us to make informed decisions on accessories for the... bike. We walked away feeling confident that we had made a good purchase. Shortly after the bike was delivered, it developed a problem with one of the throttle bodies (a manufacturing problem, not a dealer problem.) We scheduled an appointment to have it addressed, do the initial service, and make a few custom changes. John Pereira, the service manager, could not have been more helpful. He worked with us to make sure we ended up with the bike configured just as we wanted it. The work was professionally done and there was a lot of attention to detail. I am totally confident on their technical skills and am pleased with then personalized service. I highly recommend Ural of New England if you are looking for a Ural or have one that needs servicing. When I could no longer resist the "Mid-Life Crisis" urge to purchase a new Ural motorcycle, I did what most people do, and went onto the Internet to look for a dealer nearby. I found one 150 miles from me, but while speaking with them on the telephone, I felt that I was not being taken seriously. ... Then I reached out to your dealership and all I can say is "Wow!" because within just a few minutes into that phone call, I knew that even though you were 750 miles from me, I wanted to do business with you. I have never set foot in your establishment, yet the commitment to excellence demonstrated by everyone there and the "White Glove" treatment from start to delivery of my 2017 Ural Gear Up, has been nothing short of amazing. I wanted to write and thank you and all of the team at Alphacars for a really great experience for my family in the purchase of our BMW wagon. It was good fun meeting many of you and I appreciate the work done in preparing the car for our pickup this morning. You guys went well above and beyond in ...making the purchase process smooth and the delivery today a truly memorable experience for our daughter. She is a pretty shy girl as you saw, but I can tell you that all of your thoughtfulness, your warm welcome, introduction to Alphacars and the beautiful condition of the vehicle, made a deep and lasting impression on her. Thank you all for your care. After heading off in the car, my wife told me that my daughter was quite busy checking everything out and was immediately searching online to learn more about the car. She was quite animated telling us all about it and reviewing the many features you described. I recently purchased a Tesla at Alpha Cars. The transaction was fair, seamless, and hassle free. I needed to replace the rear snow tires on the car which is no easy task because the wheels are 21 inches. I called Skip in service and assured me they have the proper equipment so he quoted me a very... competitive price so I opted for Alpha to replace the tires. Skip contacted me when the tires arrived. I was procrastinating until I received an email by Skip that a bad snow storm was on its way and he could install my tires that morning. I drove up to Alpha and without delay they started working on my tires. I drove away thrilled that Skip was concerned for my safety. A day later I was driving around the snowy roads without a problem. I tip my hat to Alpha and Skip for a job well done. Show more

I recently purchased a Tesla at Alpha Cars. The transaction was smooth and seamless. I was told by Skip in service that the rear snow tires would need replacing. For those of you that don't know Tesla, my car has 21 inch wheels which disqualifies most tire installers from being able to do the ...job. I was thrilled when Skip told me Alpha has the capabilities to make this happen. Skip ordered the tires and emailed me when they came in. I was procrastinating but one morning Skip was proactive and emailed me that a snow storm was on its way and he could change the tires that morning. The tires got installed and off I went. The next day the storm hit and my car was fine driving through the snowy roads. I tip my hat to Skip for his concern of my safety. Alpha Cars is a class operation. Show more
