I wanted to share my positive experience with the outstanding service and smooth motorcycle purchase. From the beginning, the staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. They had a wide selection of motorcycles, and their expertise guided me to the perfect bike. The buying process was hassle-free..., and the post-purchase care has been exceptional. I bought my Royal Enfield Classic from them. There are so friendly, kind and very helpful. I highly recommend AlphaCars & Motorcycles to other. Heather made paperwork so easy and let my puppies sit in her office while I wait. Dmitry is nice guy to hangout and he showed us the history of Royal Enfiel...d. There is genuine people to people connection not only to sell. I thank them for their kindness and friendship. I wish the best of the best. ??? Show more

I bought my first motorcycle from AlphaCars last month, and from the beginning, the experience was incredible. Dmitry and Grisha showed me the bike, answered my questions, and were just fun to be around. Heather worked with me closely to get financing and she looked out for me when she came across a... better deal for me. And then my bike delivery was smooth and quick, Marian and Mike spending time with me to go over paperwork and suggestions for how to take my bike out of the garage (I'm at a bit of an incline and me being a new rider, Mike gave me great pointers). Every interaction with the employees of AlphaCars was truly a joy. I highly, HIGHLY recommend them if you are looking for a bike, particularly a Royal Enfield (there's a great selection). Show more

From my very first phone call to Alpha Cars through delivery of my 1970 ELCAMINO the experience was seamless , I worked with Dmitry and he told me all about the car he was honest about everything , then allowed me to put it on his lift to inspect everything . He pointed out any small issue ( very fe...w) and showed me everything that I requested to see. Allowed me to test drive and answered every question that I had. His knowledge of the car was really impressive. Once I decided to make the purchase I worked with Heather and once again the service I received from her was first class all the way, paperwork, registration and shipping of the vehicle. I would highly recommend Alpha Cars they are more than 5 stars and a real joy to work with . Show more

These guys have been a pleasure to work with. No pressure but quick to respond and provide answers. We had a post-purchase mechanical that we had not noticed and they stepped right up and repaired it, no questions, no charge. Great shop!!

Darrell and the team at Alpha Cars were just fantastic in helping me acquire a new Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 motorcycle. They were very upfront and honest about the out-the-door cost of acquiring the motorcycle and finance options. When I took delivery of my new bike, Darrell gave me a thorough ...orientation and answered all my questions. It is my opinion the folks at Alpha Cars are knowledgeable and honest about the vehicles they sell. Heck, even if you're not in the market for a car or motorcycle, I recommend checking out their showroom, they have some incredible and historic machines on display. Show more
