I was looking for a hard-to-find manual BMW 3 series Wagon and AlphaCars had one in stock.

From the moment I came in through the entire process, I was floored by how easy and comfortable the entire process was. The staff is knowledgeable, our salesman Brian was fantastic, it was a completely... pressure-free experience, and I couldn't be happier.

It's clear that the inventory is carefully selected, everything on the lot was in impressive shape, and I have no doubt that they will stand behind the car I purchased. Show more

I sold them my car before we moved out of town and the experience was pleasant and professional. Everything was smooth, straightforward with no games. They paid the agreed upon price and paperwork was done professionally and completely.

It is a different kind of dealership from the look of i...t. It is not your usual awful used car lot where nobody cares. Everything is neat and tidy and they have nice cars that are all nicely detailed and clean. I would recommend this place. Show more

We've been driving by AlphaCars for quite some time and the location and facilities along with the cars looked very impressive. We were in the hunt for a good quality used car and by chance, AlphaCars had what were looking for on their lot. We emailed them and they responded quickly. We spoke on the... phone and they were very pleasant. We went in and were blown away by their friendliness, professional and positive attitude. The facilities were so neat, clean and appealing. Very, very different than any car dealership that we had experienced in the past. Within 36 hours, and after a great test drive, we purchased the vehicle. The process was simple, professional and they did everything to please my wife and I. We kept scratching our head asking ourselves is this real? The car was like brand new even though it was a 2006 vehicle. It only had 37,000 miles on it. The car was detailed and we took delivery. Alpha did everything for us, even getting a new owners manual for us and a second key. I can see where the reviews of this professional used car and services company are so high. We now feel the same. We set the bar very high for great customer service and alphacars exceeded our expectation. The owner came out to thank us, shake our hands and to tell us that they will do everything to make sure we have a great experience with the car over the long term. This looks like a great partnership for us where we feel that we will be treated fairly, professionally and with integrity and honesty. Something that we have never found before until we met the team at alphacars. You'll just have to experience it for yourself. If you don't feel the same, then write your review. Their tag line is "Expect To Be Impressed!" and you will be. The owner Dmitry is extremely knowledgeable and they sell very high quality used cars. I have purchased 4 from them over the years.

The service department is prompt, thorough and they explain everything very carefully. Fin...ding a mechanic you can trust is hard to do. I never feel like they have done any work unnecessarily and I really trust them.

I would highly recommend Alpha Cars! Show more

Mike and his staff are very personable and professional. If you are looking for a truly honest and forthright deal, this is your place. These guys know the cars they are selling and have very detailed histories of each and every one. Top notch dealer!

Darrell at Ural of New England made an extremely enjoyable buying experience for my husbands 2017 Ural Gear Up. We were in the process of refinancing our home which took longer than expected and Darrell along with his team understood that we could not make any financial moves until the refinance was... complete. This took longer than usual however we were never pressured to come down and finalize the sale of the motorcycle. They took our word for it and that means a lot these days. You are just a number and a sale at these dealerships...
