Fantastic experience from start to finish. Everyone I dealt with was superb --- knowledgeable, professional, friendly and always willing to answer any and all questions. I wanted an older Porsche convertible stick shift and now I have a real beauty! A 1990 - 944-S2 white convertible, white seats..., blue top, in great shape (as promised) and only 59,000 miles I would absolutely do business with them again and strongly recommend them to anyone. I haven't bought a car from Alpha Cars but I want to talk about their excellent repairs service. I own a 1998 Mercedes Benz. I discovered Alpha Cars because I recently started working in Boxborough and it was convenient. I brought my car for some ordinary maintenance but also because I had some extr...a issues that needed some attention. It took some time but now the car runs like new and here are all the positive things I can say about these guys:- one of their technicians has several years of experience with Mercedes and the evidence is that when he inspected the car he was able to identify the issues immediately and explain exactly what it needed to be done- the repair cost estimation was detailed and accurate, no surprises with the final bill- we had an issue with some parts that are no longer available from Mercedes and they were very committed in finding the corresponding after market parts that could guarantee a reasonable quality level- they always explained in details the issues and the risks in doing or not doing a specific work on the car, driving me through the decisions to be made, without pushing- they always followed-up to be sure that I was satisfied with the workSo, I'm definitely recommending Alpha Cars for their technical expertise and professionalism, especially with old cars. I have dealt with many dealerships, but this dealership is by far the best I have ever dealt with. They are customer focused, and they do their best to meet your requirements. Dealing with Darrell for my Ural gear up was a pleasure. He answered all my questions without hesitation. Absolutely zero... sales pressure. He knows the product. Customer service after the sale? NO PROBLEM. John in the service department was extremely helpful. Again, customer focused. He managed to get my 300 mile service scheduled to meet my time requirements. On top of that, he was open to helping me over the phone with questions I had on installing accessories I was adding to my Ural. No one paid me to say this...it is an honest review. I would recommend these folks in a heatbeat without reservation if you are in the market for a Ural, or one of Demitri's fantastic collection of cars :) Show more

I traded in my R32 for a BMW328ix luxury wagon. The whole experience from the beginning to the end was mannificent. Dmitry (owner) and all the staff (Olga, Marian and Darrell) were delightful. It didn't feel like a vehicle transaction at all, that's because the whole process was seemless. They are v...ery courteous and professional. When the time comes to trade in my wagon, the first place I'll look to do that, will be Alpha Cars. Period. Show more

My experience with AlphaCars has been excellent consistently. I purchased my current vehicle here in 2013, and have had it serviced here ever since. The level of knowledge and customer service cannot be beat. Thanks for keeping the bar high!

Everyone at AlphaCars was a pleasure to work with. I found them on carguru and bought a car sight unseen. All the staff were efficient, honest, and genuinely friendly. No car dealer sales feel here at all! There was a small glitch in the process when I went to pick up the car. but it was taken car...e of quickly and they were very apologetic. I would highly recommend buying a car here. It was so refreshingly easy. Show more
