Alpha Cars is the best! Buying a car from them was one of the best car shopping experiences I’ve ever had. The listing was so detailed, from the pictures to the videos of the car. The facility was immaculately clean, from the showroom, to the office area, even through the service and maintenance... area where. Ben was amazing to work with, as was Olga and Marian. I would most certainly buy another car from them. I only wish I lived closer to them, so that I could have my car serviced there. Show more

Rodolfo was very responsive and helpful. It is nice to be welcomed into a dealership that is about serving the customer, and making them feel like family. I appreciated the honesty and transparency in negotiations.

Having Ural NE , the very Best Ural dealership in the US, within a few hours drive is so satisfying. Believe me... if I lived closer I’d be applying for a job there. Professional employees with great Service, and Fine Products. Who could ask for more ?

An absolute great experience! I had been looking at Ural for a few years and had always followed them on social media. I started the conversation with Ural of New England over the phone (I live in NJ) and even though there are dealers in my area, I wasn't as comfortable with them as I was with the... folks up in New England. Since a sidecar is so different than a regular motorcycle, I had a ton of questions and they explained everything for me. I made a trip up to visit them in person, and Darrell took the time to go through the bike top to bottom and did so again when I came back up to purchase the bike. They are absolutely worth the trip. Me and my dog Pitufo are going to have a lot of adventures! Thanks guys!! Show more

Just bought a vehicle from AlphaCars. They are A++++!! Dimitry was most helpful and professional over the phone with specific details and answers. Mike Briskie then took over, was terrific, and scheduled my pick up from the airport, and handled my seamless financing application in minutes, getting... me a rate better than my own credit union! Then Blake handled me when I arrived at the dealership in NH, and he was similarly terrific. Even got Don to fix a fuse that blew during my test-drive! These guys are unparralled! Truly. Show more

Great group here with beautifully maintained cars. I worked with Thiago who was excellent. Ultimately, I didn't end up buying from them as I was looking for a manual cayman (they only had an automatic), but will definitely do business with them in the future.
