When I could no longer resist the "Mid-Life Crisis" urge to purchase a new Ural motorcycle, I did what most people do, and went onto the Internet to look for a dealer nearby. I found one 150 miles from me, but while speaking with them on the telephone, I felt that I was not being taken seriously. ... Then I reached out to your dealership and all I can say is "Wow!" because within just a few minutes into that phone call, I knew that even though you were 750 miles from me, I wanted to do business with you. I have never set foot in your establishment, yet the commitment to excellence demonstrated by everyone there and the "White Glove" treatment from start to delivery of my 2017 Ural Gear Up, has been nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend Ural of New England to anyone wishing to purchase a Ural motorcycle. Thank you so very much. Show more

I purchased used car from this place. Their service was very nice even if during the covid-19 situation. I have a hard time for my financing but they help me till I can get the car. I'm glad that I found AlphaCars.

Even though there are two Ural dealers much closer to me than Alpha Car's Ural of New England, I purchased here because of their superior inventory. I also recalled someone there (maybe Dmitri Bykhovsky) kindly gave me a very generous amount of telephone time about two years ago when I first was thi...nking of buying a Ural and had lots of questions. So I was impressed with that initially and then with a very smooth purchase experience. Darrell promptly got my customization requests accomplished and Marian efficiently and helpfully handled the paperwork and put in an extra effort at a busy time to ship the bike when I wanted it. Great team! Now I need to find an excuse to buy one of their Russian automobiles. Show more

Mike B was a very fair and easy man to work with. I buy and sell cars very often and never have had a easier time then with alpha cars. Gave me a good price on car I wanted and I did not need to haggle back and fourth. Would 10/10 purchase again if they had a car I liked I was on vacation when I w...anted to buy the car and Mike made sure I still had the chance to buy it when I came back Show more

Came from Michigan with my friend to look at and possibly buy a Mercedes Benz E63 AMG. After all that driving through the night, we weren't disappointed with the location, the content & quality of the lot, and the very nice showroom. Our Salesman, Rudolfo, was an outstanding guy. He let us take as ...much time as we needed to inspect the vehicle, make sure everything was up to snuff and even had an oil change arranged for us before we left, even though it may not have been due on this car - Outstanding service. And for service? Those guys are extremely nice, but that's just the tip of the iceberg. Talking with some of the techs, though I'd like to name Don in particular, are some very intelligent and wise guys. You could tell that these guys care about these cars and they obviously have years of experience under their belts. He knew everything there was to know about this Mercedes and was excellent help to the sales team to help us get the right surity to close the deal. Sales manager came out to meet us and all went well. These guys are honest in their dealings and they want to do everything they can to make sure you walk away happy - even if we were difficult negotiators... We weren't familiar with the area, but they made us feel at home. I'll surely be keeping them in mind when I buy my next vehicle car or otherwise. Thank you guys for the awesome trip. Show more

Superb buying experience. I bought a low mileage Porsche Boxster. My salesman, Ben Griffin was very knowledgeable and helpful. The car was perfectly prepared. The dealership is worth visiting even if you are not looking to buy a car. The Boxborough office is just beautiful.
