Recently bought a 2022 Royal Enfield Int650. It is my first bike, and I can’t recommend AlphaCars enough. Everyone here is very knowledgeable and made the process super simple. Any question you have about any part of the process is answered in great detail.

Jacob hooked me up - my old BMW had a worn out suspension - it’s a car I want to keep, but not necessarily dump a ton of $ into (OEM parts aren’t cheap) - he worked with the mechanic to put together a package that made sense for my budget. I needed to have the intake valves cleaned on my 2016 BMW 228i, which has direct fuel injection requiring an exotic walnut-shell media blasting process that not every shop can do. The dealer wanted way too much money for the job, and another trusted shop is a long way from home. Checking AlphaCars...' website, they offer the exact cleaning process, and when I inquired about price, AlphaCars came in the fairest of all. Well, the level of communication with me from both Dmitry, the owner, and Jacob, the service manager, was the best I have ever experienced by far. The job was also scheduled for just a few days ahead, which neither of the other shops could match. It's impossible to see the work done, because I would have to take off the intake manifold to see it, which is half the job, but I know they did it right, because the performance of the car was noticeably better right out of their parking lot! Fair price, attention to both customer service and quality work, availability, and convenient location away from urban traffic make this my new go-to shop for all my service needs. Show more

I've now bought two motorcycles from these folks, a Ural in 2012 from their dealer in Boxborough and just recently a 2020 Enfield from their dealer in Spencer. They're good people, you feel welcome, they're attentive, knowledgeable, there's neat stuff kicking around, the dealerships I've seen are al...l quite nice, everything's clean, the bikes are well assembled, they've a solid spares department - I don't know what else to say - except that I've owned something like 40 bikes and they're the only people I ever bought a second machine from. I've been buying cars for at least 40 years and I can honestly say, our recent purchase from Alpha Cars in North Hampton, NH was the most care-free purchase experience I've ever had. My wife found a nice lower mileage BMW convertible after we decided to sell our '65 Mustang. It's a manual transmiss...ion, and it doesn't have air conditioning, so, she wasn't enjoying the Mustang as much as I was. We drove up, met Blake, took a test ride, and felt very comfortable about our anticipated purchase. Blake was familiar with BMW's and he explained everything we needed to know about the car. We took it for a test ride, decided we needed to think about it for a day or so and, whatever we needed to do, he was OK with it. When we committed to making the purchase, we talked about a small number of things we requested to be taken care of, and they were all taken care of to our complete satisfaction. We're very satisfied with the car and with the car purchase experience. Can't recommend them highly enough. Show more

Came from Michigan with my friend to look at and possibly buy a Mercedes Benz E63 AMG. After all that driving through the night, we weren't disappointed with the location, the content & quality of the lot, and the very nice showroom. Our Salesman, Rudolfo, was an outstanding guy. He let us take as ...much time as we needed to inspect the vehicle, make sure everything was up to snuff and even had an oil change arranged for us before we left, even though it may not have been due on this car - Outstanding service. And for service? Those guys are extremely nice, but that's just the tip of the iceberg. Talking with some of the techs, though I'd like to name Don in particular, are some very intelligent and wise guys. You could tell that these guys care about these cars and they obviously have years of experience under their belts. He knew everything there was to know about this Mercedes and was excellent help to the sales team to help us get the right surity to close the deal. Sales manager came out to meet us and all went well. These guys are honest in their dealings and they want to do everything they can to make sure you walk away happy - even if we were difficult negotiators... We weren't familiar with the area, but they made us feel at home. I'll surely be keeping them in mind when I buy my next vehicle car or otherwise. Thank you guys for the awesome trip. Show more
