Incredible Service. I visited Thiago and the team at Alpha Cars to look at a 2020 Royal Enfield. The space was immaculate and really beautiful. I'd been doing research about these bikes and Thiago & Dimitri were the only ones with the passion and hospitality to make their dealership the place I'l...l buy my bike. Bought a Royal Enfield Continental GT650 from This dealership few months ago.People working there are friendly and very welcoming. My salesman is Thiago Dos Santos and he is awesome. Very friendly, knowledgeable about the bikes and cars they sell and overall he makes sure the sales go smooth. I will... definitely do business with them again. He checks with you after several days and weeks to see how your new bike rides and if you have any concerns or questions. A good guy and not like some sales people who makes you kind of push you to buy the one they like. Show more

I have been searching for a repair facility for my BMWs that that offered great customer service, quality repairs, sound advice, and treated me fairly. I have found that place. My 2003 M3 needed both some mechanical and cosmetic work and the team at Alpha really helped me out. Timely, good communica...tion and explained everything. I am so pleased. What an awesome spot! Dmitry and the team are outstanding in every way. Purchased a Royal Enfield motorcycle from them and process could not have been easier. Love the bike and will hopefully someday move up to a Ural from here!
